Our society is currently facing an unprecedented mental health crisis.

Access to medical professionals, psychologists, and therapists remains plagued by significant inequities, with individuals from marginalized communities and those with economic challenges often unable to receive the care they need.

When we launched the Inner Alchemy Mental Wellness Movement in 1983, our mission was to cultivate meaningful connections that support both personal and professional growth worldwide. We aimed to help individuals attain optimal mental wellness, heal from personal trauma, and reclaim their right to a more resilient and fulfilling life.

We believe that purpose and performance are interconnected aspects of mental wellness that, when embraced, lead to a healthier, more productive, and integrated life journey.

The Inner Alchemy Mental Wellness Movement was ​​created in response to the alarming unmet ​​emotional and mental health needs of members of the ​​LGBTQ+ community in Fort Lauderdale, Miami and ​​Orlando, Florida. It began as an outreach program of the ​​Contemplative Order of Compassion – an open, affirming ​​and deconstructionist spiritual community.

Today, we serve more than a thousand clients, in nine countries and have made our 90-day Mental Resilience Program available to teens, college students and adults from every walk of life. Our mission remains to help people everywhere live their lives experience greater clarity, purpose, and passion.

We adopt a dynamic, proactive, and personalized approach to transformation, whether for individuals, companies, or other organizations.

We achieve this by providing tailored experiences that offer exceptional access to coaching, mentorship, and interactive content, thereby unlocking both individual and team potential while fostering community building and genuine connections between people.

After aligning ourselves with the leading mental wellness operating system in the world, Positive Intelligence®, the only thing left for us to do was to innovate on the way we deliver our services to you — our clients. Our departure from Positive Intelligence, Inc. was motivated by the recognition that while we could not deliver the powerful and revolutionary Positive Intelligence platform to our clients — who were often at an economic disadvantage, we could provide a comprehensive Mental Resilience and Peak Performance platform that shares many similar principles.

And for us, that meant making it possible for someone to access these services for less than the price of a cup of their favourite barista coffee!

Just $3/day gets you access to two standard 30-minute one-on-one sessions with us each month, on our HIPPA-compliant, confidential and easy-to-use coaching platform. Sessions can be used separately or combined to create a single, hour-long session. It’s your choice!
