For Individuals

Holistic coaching is focused on creating an environment comfortable enough for the client to feel free to explore. The foundation of our coaching service relies on a breakthrough in mental wellness, known as the Inner Alchemy Mental Resilience & Organic Mindfulness Operating System. The extensive research by the Inner Alchemy Institute builds upon the groundbreaking work by Positive Intelligence, in partnership with Stanford University, Evidence-based EFT, and holistic (pastoral counseling) the combination of which has shown that this approach provides a comprehensive framework for building resilience, fostering and supporting the healing process, and building on the strengths inherent in our clients.

With individualized guidance from your coach, each session will help you understand yourself better, and provide an evidence-based approach to navigating your personal, professional and emotional life’s challenges and opportunities.

We offer creativity coaching, life coaching, holistic counseling and existential wellness coaching. You don’t need to choose which type of coaching you want, as coaching is typically a blend of all of these. We’ll figure out the exact contours together.

Mental Resilience Coaching

At the core of Inner Alchemy’s Mental Resilience program are the principles and strategies formulated by Dr. Gianmichael Salvato.

Mental Resilience refers to how effectively your mind works in your best interest, and the encouraging news is that it is a skill you can develop. Mental Resilience leverages the Inner Alchemy “operating system” to create tailored applications that address each client’s unique needs and desired outcomes.
