We help Genderqueer, Trans and LGBTQ+ people heal from childhood and young adult trauma, trust wounds, sexual abuse and addictions.
As a community, we face all the same worries, fears, joys, and challenges as everyone else, but for many of us we worry about being judged for who we are or how we live our lives. As the creator of this mental wellness initiative, and as a genderqueer, openly-gay person, I knew that far more often than not, people in our community — especially in the trans, non-binary and Queer segments of our community — often fall through the cracks of the system and for any number of reasons, don’t have access to proper, professional and compassionate mental wellness and coaching services.
The Solution
Most of my clients start with our 90-day Queer Resilience program, which is a personalized program offering six, 30-minute one-on-one sessions with me, an app-based daily support and mental fitness program, optional weekly group discussion sessions and so much more. What we work on depends on you and what you’re looking for from a coaching relationship. Here is a small sampling of the results clients have achieved:
- A new sense of self-appreciation
- Clarity around what’s important to them (and what’s not)
- Some great tools to make better decisions in life
- Learning to advocate for what they need and want
- Help determining their life direction
- Discovering what is holding them back from achieving their goals
The first step is to book a free 30 minute coaching discovery telephone call. You can do this instantly, accessing my calendar for a convenient appointment, with no need to call or email in advance.
First of all, we will explore where things are right now, followed by what you are looking to achieve. After that, if it feels like we are a good fit to work together, I will walk you through how I can best help you. I will also answer any questions you may have about working with me as your coach. You can then decide what you want to do next.
Some of the more common areas our clients seek support and guidance with includes:
- Relationship issues
- Career transitions
- Gender-affirming care
- Addiction and recovery
- Depression and anxiety
